Your Adviser

You will receive advice from an advisor engaged by Adare Financial Services Ltd. Your advisor will be suitably qualified and meet the competency and ongoing training requirements of New Zealand law.

What Types of Advice We Can Provide

We provide advice only on:

·      Investment property loans

·      Refinancing & restructuring

·      Home loan top-ups

·      Equity release

We do not provide advice on:

·      KiwiSaver

·      Investments

·      Personal loans

·      Commercial lending (unless later added)

Fees and Costs

In almost all cases, we do not charge clients directly for our advice, as we receive a commission by the lender when your loan settles. In some specific cases, we may charge a fee but this will agreed with you in writing first. You will never be surprised with hidden or unexpected fees.

Conflicts of Interest & Incentives

Adare Financial Services Ltd receives commissions from lenders when loans are approved and settled. These can commissions vary between lenders.

To manage potential conflicts:

●      We prioritise your interests

●      We follow a documented advice process

●      We disclose all commissions in writing before you act on our advice

●      Our adviser is not paid based on loan volume or lender choice

●      Our Fair Conduct Programme ensures you receive fair outcomes

Complaints & Dispute Resolution

If you have a problem, concern, or complaint about anypart of the service provided to you, you may contact us using any of the following means;
